This Privacy Policy explains how the "Instagram Auto Post Tool" (the "App"), developed by Genki Akutagawa (the "Developer"), handles information. The App is a desktop tool used by a business to publish content to its own Instagram Business account.

本プライバシーポリシーは、芥川元紀（開発者）が提供するデスクトップアプリ「Instagram自動投稿ツール」が情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。本アプリは、利用企業が自社のInstagramビジネスアカウントへ投稿するためのツールです。

1. Information We Handle

• Instagram/Meta access token — obtained when you connect your account, used to call the Instagram Graph API on your behalf.
• Instagram account info — your account ID and username.
• Content you create — captions, hashtags, and the image/video files you choose to post or schedule.
• AI generation prompts — text prompts you enter to generate images.

取り扱う情報：①連携時に取得するMeta/Instagramアクセストークン、②アカウントID・ユーザー名、③ユーザーが作成する投稿内容（キャプション・ハッシュタグ・画像/動画）、④AI画像生成のためのプロンプト。

2. How Information Is Stored

• Access tokens are stored locally on your PC in the Windows Credential Manager (encrypted OS keyring). They are never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
• Posts, schedules, and history are stored locally in a database file on your PC.
• To publish, the Instagram Graph API requires a public media URL. The App therefore temporarily uploads your media to Cloudflare R2 to obtain a public URL used solely for the publishing request. These files can be deleted after posting.

保存方法：トークンはお使いのPCのWindows資格情報マネージャー（暗号化）にローカル保存し、開発者のサーバーには送信しません。投稿・予約・履歴もPC内にローカル保存します。Instagram APIは公開URLを必要とするため、投稿時のみメディアをCloudflare R2へ一時アップロードし、投稿後に削除可能です。

3. Sharing With Third Parties

The App communicates with the following third parties only to provide its core function:

• Meta / Instagram Graph API — to publish your content and read basic insights of your own posts.
• KIE AI — only when you use AI image generation; your prompt is sent to generate an image.
• Cloudflare R2 — temporary media hosting as described above.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the App.

第三者提供：本アプリは中核機能のためにのみ、Meta/Instagram Graph API（投稿・自分の投稿の基本分析）、KIE AI（AI画像生成時のみプロンプト送信）、Cloudflare R2（メディア一時ホスティング）と通信します。広告目的での販売・共有は一切行いません。

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by removing posts in the App, clearing the local database, or disconnecting your account (which removes the stored token). Temporary media on Cloudflare R2 can be deleted on request. To request deletion of any data, contact us below.

データの保持・削除：データはローカル保存のため、アプリ内で投稿を削除・連携解除（保存トークンを削除）することでいつでも削除できます。R2上の一時メディアもご依頼により削除します。

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.

本アプリは事業者向けであり、13歳未満を対象としていません。

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
